Phase 1: Create trust, bundle core competence.
Define the respective core competencies, jointly determine 5 target customers, provide the contact addresses of the target customers to the sales management of B.I.C. GmbH.
Phase 2: Presentation of the solution to 5 target customers
The partner informs the target customers and asks whether they are interested in being introduced to our product concept free of charge. Once a positive response is received, the partner passes the request on to sales management at B.I.C. GmbH.
The sales management contacts the target customers and suggests a free online demo. In all communication with the target customers, the Solution Partner is on CC.
Phase 3: Quotation
Quotations are submitted to the target customer exclusively via the Solution Partner. The sales management prepares a project-related offer for the Solution Partner.
Phase 4: Project implementation
The planning and installation of the hardware is carried out by the solution partner. The B.I.C. GmbH project team supports the project implementation remotely with the following tasks: (discussing and configuring process flow, defining and configuring design and texts, functional testing, training and instruction).
Phase 5: Sustainable customer service
The Solution Partner is the first point of contact for 1st level support and receives 2nd & 3rd level support from the B.I.C. Customer Support Team.
